      鉛蓄電池行業整頓欲“重生” 謀求增長新發展

      蓄電池(chi)行業(ye)整頓欲“重生”,謀求增長新發展

      隨著我國的汽車、電(dian)(dian)動自(zi)行車等行業的高(gao)速發展(zhan),對(dui)于鉛蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池的需求激(ji)增。而(er)為確保(bao)公(gong)眾身體健康,提(ti)升污(wu)染(ran)防治水平(ping),環(huan)保(bao)部開展(zhan)了(le)鉛蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池和再生鉛企業環(huan)保(bao)核(he)查工作。經(jing)企業自(zi)查、省級(ji)環(huan)保(bao)部門(men)初審(shen)、專家(jia)資料審(shen)查、督(du)查中心(xin)現場檢查,近期環(huan)保(bao)部公(gong)布了(le)第(di)一批(pi)12家(jia)鉛蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池和再生鉛企業。應(ying)該說加強污(wu)染(ran)治理已(yi)成鉛蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池企業的頭等大事。

      同時,鉛酸電(dian)池的(de)環保整(zheng)頓和(he)(he)落后產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能淘汰短(duan)期(qi)關停了大批(pi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能,具有環保、成本和(he)(he)規模優勢(shi)的(de)企業有望通(tong)過擴產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan),填補產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能調整(zheng)后的(de)供給空(kong)白(bai)。嚴格的(de)行業準入條例也(ye)在近期(qi)實施,帶(dai)領行業逐漸(jian)向高壁壘、高集(ji)中度(du)轉(zhuan)變,造就投資機會。

      我國(guo)汽車(che)產業發(fa)展空間較大(da),巨大(da)汽車(che)保有量的電池(chi)更換需要及新增(zeng)汽車(che)的配套利要求(qiu),帶(dai)動(dong)汽車(che)起動(dong)鉛酸電池(chi)需求(qiu)穩定增(zeng)長。在行業整頓帶(dai)來產品供不應求(qiu)之際,能(neng)夠快速(su)擴充產能(neng)和(he)具有渠(qu)道(dao)優勢消化新增(zeng)產能(neng)的企業有望獲(huo)得盈(ying)利增(zeng)長。

      鉛(qian)酸電池占據了電動(dong)車市(shi)場一(yi)定(ding)份額,曾是過去的“老(lao)大”。目前雖在一(yi)定(ding)程(cheng)度上受(shou)到鋰電池技術的威(wei)脅,但(dan)高(gao)性價比已(yi)足夠保障其地(di)位在短期內的主流地(di)位無(wu)可動(dong)搖。隨(sui)著(zhu)電動(dong)自行車行業的高(gao)速增(zeng)長(chang),電動(dong)車電池需求還將有較大增(zeng)長(chang)空間。

      弱(ruo)(ruo)混(hun)(hun)合動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)汽車已具產業(ye)(ye)化(hua)基礎(chu),鉛(qian)酸電(dian)池有望(wang)享受行業(ye)(ye)增(zeng)長(chang),出(chu)于節(jie)能(neng)性、經濟性和(he)投入成本的(de)考慮(lv),市場(chang)將自發(fa)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)弱(ruo)(ruo)混(hun)(hun)合動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)汽車的(de)推(tui)廣和(he)普及,先(xian)于純電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽車和(he)強混(hun)(hun)合動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)汽車實現產業(ye)(ye)化(hua)。同時,國內外整車廠(chang)不斷(duan)推(tui)出(chu)新能(neng)源汽車產品,有望(wang)加快弱(ruo)(ruo)混(hun)(hun)合動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)汽車發(fa)展速度。高(gao)(gao)性能(neng)、高(gao)(gao)容量的(de)免(mian)維護鉛(qian)酸弱(ruo)(ruo)混(hun)(hun)蓄電(dian)池作為弱(ruo)(ruo)混(hun)(hun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)系統的(de)重要配件,未來需求也有望(wang)不斷(duan)增(zeng)長(chang)。

      鋰(li)電池抓(zhua)機遇“翻番”,欲在電動車領域(yu)出成績

      盡管市場(chang)對(dui)新(xin)(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)源汽(qi)(qi)車充滿期待,但(dan)(dan)是由(you)于關(guan)鍵技術(shu)無(wu)法突破,鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)新(xin)(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)源汽(qi)(qi)車上的(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)在(zai)2012年(nian)仍未能(neng)(neng)全(quan)面(mian)展開。但(dan)(dan)是受益于手機、平板電(dian)(dian)腦等便(bian)攜(xie)式家(jia)電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)快速增(zeng)長,鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)企業(ye)(ye)2012年(nian)在(zai)這一領域(yu)取得了較為不(bu)錯的(de)(de)(de)成績。鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)生產企業(ye)(ye)業(ye)(ye)績呈現喜憂(you)參半。而對(dui)于2013年(nian)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)展望,市場(chang)多認為,便(bian)攜(xie)式家(jia)電(dian)(dian)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)或仍保持較快增(zeng)長,將繼續(xu)帶動(dong)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)生產,而鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)新(xin)(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)源汽(qi)(qi)車領域(yu)的(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)仍有待觀察(cha)。

      公開資料顯示,2012年(nian)(nian)以來,鋰電(dian)池(chi)產(chan)量的月(yue)均同比增(zeng)(zeng)速在25%以上(shang)(shang),高(gao)于(yu)上(shang)(shang)年(nian)(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)速。11月(yue)份,鋰電(dian)池(chi)產(chan)量繼續保持高(gao)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang),同比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)達到43.53%。2012年(nian)(nian),鋰電(dian)池(chi)生產(chan)呈加速態勢,在環保壓力下,鋰電(dian)池(chi)開始(shi)扮演更為重要的角色。

      現(xian)在(zai)(zai)大力推廣(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che),其中(zhong)的(de)儲能裝置,將是電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)的(de)核心之(zhi)一。據統計(ji)(ji),2012年動(dong)力鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)出口金額約7億元(yuan),其中(zhong)直(zhi)接(jie)出口1.5億元(yuan),通過(guo)(guo)整車(che)廠商(shang)、系統集成商(shang)等間接(jie)出口約5.5億元(yuan)。相比2011年的(de)出口額增(zeng)長超(chao)過(guo)(guo)100%。其中(zhong)比亞迪、ATL、中(zhong)聚(ju)(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)等企業(ye)在(zai)(zai)這方面的(de)拓展取(qu)得了(le)一定的(de)成績。比亞迪獲得了(le)英國(guo)、加拿大、芬蘭、巴(ba)西、泰國(guo)等國(guo)家的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)大巴(ba)的(de)訂(ding)單,合計(ji)(ji)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)20MW,鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)產值(zhi)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)8000萬元(yuan);ATL已經通過(guo)(guo)德國(guo)寶馬(ma)公司的(de)測試,明年供應電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)數量將超(chao)過(guo)(guo)200組,產值(zhi)將超(chao)過(guo)(guo)2000萬元(yuan);此外,中(zhong)聚(ju)(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)60%的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)是通過(guo)(guo)香港公司銷往世界(jie)各地。

      2012年(nian)4月18日,國務院(yuan)討論通過了(le)《節能與新能源汽車(che)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)發展(zhan)規(gui)(gui)劃(2012-2020年(nian))》(下稱《規(gui)(gui)劃》),明(ming)確了(le)以(yi)純電(dian)(dian)驅動為(wei)汽車(che)工業(ye)轉型的(de)主要戰略取向(xiang),推廣(guang)普及非插(cha)電(dian)(dian)式的(de)混(hun)合(he)動力(li)汽車(che),并(bing)提出了(le)在2015年(nian)純電(dian)(dian)動以(yi)及混(hun)合(he)動力(li)車(che)累計(ji)產(chan)(chan)(chan)銷量達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)50萬(wan)輛,到(dao)(dao)(dao)2020年(nian)超(chao)過500萬(wan)輛的(de)目標。據資料顯示,2008年(nian)全球鋰離子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)量為(wei)27.8億(yi)顆,產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)規(gui)(gui)模(mo)71億(yi)美元(yuan),到(dao)(dao)(dao)了(le)2011年(nian)鋰離子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)量增長到(dao)(dao)(dao)46.4億(yi)顆,產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)規(gui)(gui)模(mo)153億(yi)美元(yuan)。而《規(gui)(gui)劃》這一強大的(de)助推劑,將有望改變(bian)當前世(shi)界鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)格局。

      環保新能源電池(chi)湊“熱鬧(nao)”,“蓄鋰(li)相爭”欲得利

      目(mu)前全(quan)球(qiu)都在積極研制新能源汽車來替代燒油(you)車。這(zhe)新能源車較(jiao)關鍵的核(he)心部件電(dian)池仍舊是(shi)無法解(jie)決的難(nan)題。以(yi)往(wang)人們(men)紛(fen)(fen)紛(fen)(fen)把目(mu)光聚集(ji)在鋰電(dian)池上(shang),然而鋰電(dian)池電(dian)動車遲遲沒有得(de)到廣泛的應(ying)(ying)用。原因(yin)是(shi)鋰電(dian)池在技術上(shang)遇到了瓶頸(jing),始(shi)終(zhong)都無法突破,致使鋰電(dian)池的應(ying)(ying)用受阻。

      鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的不能(neng)普及(ji)應用,使得各國(guo)專家(jia)逐漸把目光轉(zhuan)向(xiang)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)。燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)是一(yi)種(zhong)將存在于燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料與氧(yang)化劑(ji)中的化學能(neng)直接轉(zhuan)化為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)的發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置。燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料和空(kong)氣分別送進燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)就被奇(qi)妙地(di)生產出來。它從(cong)外表上(shang)看有正負極和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解質等,像一(yi)個(ge)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),但實(shi)質上(shang)它不能(neng)“儲(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)”而是一(yi)個(ge)“發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠”,它能(neng)為設(she)備提供足夠的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力

      據(ju)悉(xi),我(wo)國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)燃(ran)(ran)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)發展迅(xun)速。而(er)近(jin)期一輛藍(lan)白相間的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)車(che)“藍(lan)天”號在(zai)成(cheng)都西南(nan)(nan)交(jiao)通大(da)學(xue)鐵道專(zhuan)用線上徐徐開(kai)動(dong)(dong),標志著我(wo)國(guo)(guo)第一輛燃(ran)(ran)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)車(che)正(zheng)式研制成(cheng)功。我(wo)國(guo)(guo)成(cheng)為(wei)繼(ji)美國(guo)(guo)、加拿(na)大(da)等國(guo)(guo)之后,全球第5個(ge)(ge)擁有燃(ran)(ran)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)車(che)的(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)家。據(ju)了解,該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)車(che)由(you)西南(nan)(nan)交(jiao)通大(da)學(xue)牽頭研制。以該(gai)校教授陳維榮為(wei)首的(de)(de)科研團隊,經過近(jin)4年的(de)(de)潛心(xin)研究,先后攻克(ke)了燃(ran)(ran)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)控制及永磁(ci)同步(bu)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)控制等技術難題,成(cheng)功研制出150kW燃(ran)(ran)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)車(che),機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)車(che)設計時(shi)速65km,持續牽引(yin)力(li)20kN(kN為(wei)重力(li)單位(wei)千牛),牽引(yin)重量200噸(dun),裝滿氫氣可輕載(zai)連續運行24個(ge)(ge)小時(shi)。據(ju)專(zhuan)家介紹,該(gai)車(che)型預(yu)計在(zai)3年內推向(xiang)市場,未來還將(jiang)有望(wang)用于(yu)載(zai)人和載(zai)貨。

      燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)應用(yong)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)和電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機車(che)已很多。據悉,現(xian)代汽車(che)和豐田汽車(che)準備在(zai)2015年(nian)之前在(zai)全球(qiu)出售(shou)它們(men)的氫燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)汽車(che)。在(zai)英(ying)國政府(fu)的推動(dong)下,英(ying)國或將成(cheng)為(wei)氫燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)汽車(che)的開發(fa)及制造中心(xin)。據悉,英(ying)國新車(che)購買(mai)者(zhe)中約有(you)10%愿意購買(mai)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)汽車(che)。英(ying)政府(fu)認為(wei),一旦氫燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)汽車(che)進(jin)入量(liang)產階(jie)段后必將降(jiang)低(di)成(cheng)本,屆(jie)時其在(zai)英(ying)國的年(nian)銷(xiao)量(liang)將超過30萬(wan)輛(liang)。隨著生態(tai)綠(lv)色(se)(se)環保的發(fa)展,相信燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)中國的市場上也會有(you)更出色(se)(se)的表現(xian)和發(fa)展。
